Corporate Finance Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager within the transactions team, you will work closely with the Partners and Directors as part of a leading global network of transaction professionals.

This role will involve providing M&A support throughout all transactions from pre-deal evaluation through to completion and post deal integration or separation. Assignments will include M&A transaction acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures, leveraged buy outs (LBOs) and IPOs. You will be ACA qualified, having trained with a well recognised practice firm.
