Corporate Finance Manager, Parking on Site

The Reading Team is one of the leading M A operations in the Thames Valley.” The team is a leading independent financial adviser predominantly to corporates, but also financial institutions including banks and private equity houses.

Services offered by the team include advice on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, fund raisings, MBOs, MBIs VIMBOs, IBOs, structuring and refinancing. This role will be working within the Corporate Finance team in Reading. The Reading team has a very strong position in Private Equity transactions and local mid-market deals, with particular reference to Technology transactions.

This role is to project manage and be a senior team member working on relevant deal/transactions, ensuring these are carried out to a high quality level, reporting to either Partner or Director. This role offers the potential for significant development and promotion for strong performers.
