Leveraged Finance Director

Global Investment Bank is seeking to strengthen its Leveraged Finance division with the hire of an experienced Director. The primary responsibility is to project manage teams involved in the execution of leveraged finance transactions. Secondary responsibility for the origination and identification of new opportunities. Main Objectives To perform the lead project management role on transactions, ensuring that the bank`s risk management procedures are adhered to.

Coaching and development of Associates and Analysts, including provision of timely and constructive feedback on each transaction. Lead role in the preparation of credit papers, including appropriate analysis and resolution of credit, syndication and reputation issues. Involvement in the origination of new opportunities, including delivery of pitches to sponsors.
