In the context of growing cross border M A transactions between India and Europe powered by both Indian acquisitions abroad and foreign investments in India, Soci t G n rale Corporate Investment Banking and Ambit , a leading independent Indian Investment Bank, signed a cooperation agreement to offer advisory services to their respective European and Indian clients in the field of cross border M A transactions.
