CALSOFT ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF VP – Corporate Finance

Chennai, India - 27 February 2008 California Software Company Limited (Calsoft) listed in India at NSE (cali.ns) and BSE (cali.bo), is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Vice President Corporate Finance, Mr. Ramanujam with immediate effect. Mr. Ramanujam is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with about 20 years of versatile experience in Corporate Finance, Legal and Secretarial matters. Prior to this assignment, Mr.

Ramanujam, Age 49, was associated with a US based MNC, in the Software segment as their “CFO.” During the professional life spanning over 2 decades, Mr. Ramanujam has derived a good blend of expertise by working as Director Finance for a manufacturing group, Finance Officer for a leading PSU - Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., and in key finance roles for certain private limited corporate groups.
